Price Reduction in 2020:

We lowered the original asking price from originaly US348,000 to US199,000 to appreciate the efforts a new owner has to put into the house. We are now not living there for over 3 years and some details like the plants in the Garden, the outside paint and some other minor issues need to be addressed by a new owner. spending perhaps US 20,000 will bring back the shine to this wonderful property and allow a new colors to taste. For someone who is willing to put some elbow grease in this property allows for low money to own prime oceanfront property.
