While being an excellent value, buying Casa Ola is still a major purchase for many requiring some sound financial planing and decision making. At the current time, after the big earthquake hit just 2 month ago, less people are travelling to Ecuador. This makes the Real Estate market less active for the time being. In some instances prices have been reduced, if owners decided to rush out of Ecuador or structures  sustained some more or less professional repaired damage.

Casa Ola has performed flawlessly and in case of another major Earthquake (statistically unlikely in the next decades) it would be the place to be with the best odds of getting out unharmed. But the likelyhood of experience another similar event is slim and one should be more much more concerned to live in other regions, like Southern California.

While not reducing the price as the value has not changed and on the contrary Casa Ola has proven the superiority in design, engineering and construction the owner has decided to create some incentives by working with the buyer to make the purchase a little easier
